This Homemade Slip Ring Guide will show you how to build Slip Rings that fit over a 1.25 Pipe (Wind Turbine Mast). Most slip rings out there will not fit the 1.25” Mast that is most often used and more readily available for homemade turbines.

This uses 300 Amp Starter Brushes and Copper Pipe Parts. Don’t get your wires in a twist!
